Notification for Law on Protection of Personal Data

INFORMATION UNDER LAW NO. 6698 ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. DATA CONTROLLER

As Ekinciler Holding A.Ş. and its group companies ("Ekinciler Demir ve Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., Ekintaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Ekmar Denizcilik ve Gemi Acentalığı A.Ş., Ektrans Uluslararası Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş.") (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), to your personal data and the protection of this data is important for us. With this awareness, as the Company, we would like to inform you as a natural person about the collection, storage, transfer, processing and purpose of the processing of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons related to the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 ("LPPD") and as defined in LPPD.

2-) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The personal data is any information that makes the person specific or identifiable. Your personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD, in order to benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent from the products and services offered by our Company, to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our Company, to carry out marketing activities, to carry out business development and planning activities, to carry out the necessary works, to carry out administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, to ensure the physical security and control of the locations used by our Company, to establish business partner/customer/supplier (authorized persons or employees) relations, to ensure the contractual requirements and financial agreement regarding the products and services offered with our business partners, suppliers or other third parties, to carry out our Company's human resources policies or to use the website and/or to participate in the training, seminars or organizations organized by our company according to personal data processing principles given in article 4 of LPPD. You will be responsible for ensuring that the personal data you submit to our company is accurate, complete and up-to-date; and for making the necessary notification in case of changes.

3-) TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to Ekinciler Holding A.Ş. group companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and Company officials and shareholders, companies that we have authorized, operating on behalf of our Company, our representatives, regulatory and supervisory institutions, public institutions or organizations that are explicitly authorized to request your personal data in the laws to which it is subject, business partnerships, supplier and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions and other real or legal persons, tax and similar consultants, mandatory persons related to legal follow-up processes, institutions and organizations and third parties from whom we receive consultancy for the above-mentioned purposes, domestic and international, business partners, third parties from whom services are received, authorized persons and organizations, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD.

4. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS

Your personal data is obtained in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD in order to provide the products and services we offer by the Company within the determined legal framework in line with the above-mentioned purposes in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media and to fulfill our company's responsibilities arising from the contract and the law in this context, to work more effectively, to be shared directly by you.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, by applying to our Company as a Data Owner, you have the right:

To learn whether your data is processed or not;
To request information if your data is processed;
To learn the purpose of processing your data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose;
To know the third parties to whom your data are transferred in Turkey or abroad;
To request their correction and to request that the third parties to whom your Data are transferred are notified of the transaction made in this context in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing of your Data;
To request the deletion or destruction of your Data and to notify the third parties to whom your Data have been transferred in the event that the reasons for its processing have disappeared although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant legislation;
To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your Processed Data exclusively through automated systems;
To request compensation of the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

6. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS, APPLICATION AND COMMUNICATION

You can submit your requests regarding your above-mentioned rights within the scope of the LPPD in writing, provided that your identity is verified, your complaint is signed, your notification address or your notification contact information is notified.
