Ekinciler Iron and Steel Rolling Mill is a rolling mill with an annual rebar production capacity of 1 million tons, which follows technology closely with our experienced staff and can offer customized solutions to customer demands with engineering approaches without compromising quality. Compared to traditional slit production, we can produce at values close to the minimum allowed by the standard with the dimensional tolerance of each bar produced thanks to the MONOBLOCK system in our Ekinciler Rolling Mill. In this way;
- More rebar count can be produced with the same bundle weight,
- Lighter structures can be design in construction,
- Since less material is used, environmentally friendly production can be made by reducing carbon emissions.
Thanks to homogeneous annealing by using Walking hearth annealing furnace and homogeneous heat treatment by using Thermex QST heat treatment system located in our Ekinciler Rolling Mill, we can produce bendable and weldable rebar with homogeneous hardness and ductility throughout the bar produced.
The pre-rolling descaling system minimizes defects on the material surface and provides a better quality surface.
The automatic bar counting system with IR camera guarantees the number of bars requested by the customer in each package at the desired bar length between 6-18 meters.
Thanks to the automatic once folded bundle system,once folded bundle packaging can be done at high speeds.
