The walking-beam furnace and Thermex QST heat treatment technology in our rolling mill provide homogeneous hardness and ductility at every point of the bars produced. Additionally, our scale removal system minimizes surface defects, resulting in smoother and higher-quality surfaces. This ensures that our products reach high standards both aesthetically and in terms of durability.
Excellent Packaging Systems
Every stage of our production process, including the IR camera-based automatic bar counting system, automatic bunding system and automatic U-Shape bundling system, operates with great precision. For bars between 6-18 meters in length, the exact number of bars per bundle is guaranteed according to customer specifications. With high-speed U-shape bundling, each product is prepared for final delivery quickly and securely.
