SCRAP PREPARATION PLANT

Dimensions:

    - Length: 276 m
    - Breadth:    35 m
    - Height: 15 m (height above the rail)

The plant will be entirely covered while sides will be covered up to the rail level. The part from the rail to the ground will be left open for the access of vehicles transporting scraps.

There will be scrap pools with a depth of 3.5 meters in the plant.

There will be 4 overhead trolley cranes with 20MT capacity and 3 Monorail cranes with a capacity of 3-5MT

A railway will be laid down in the plant in order to carry scraps in wagons.

Shift

SCAL BREAKING BUILDING

Unit’s dimensions:
-Length : 90m
- Breadth : 30 m

There will be one 15MT modified ceiling crane installed at the height of +22.000. One scal carriage crane with a capacity of 80/20 MT shall be installed at a height of + 15.000.

Heavy scrap cutting machine will be used. Control room and transformer station will be built.

• Dörtyol EKINOBA Residence Construction – HATAY
The Ekinoba Residence consists of 3 blocks. With 10 apartments in each block, the Residence offers 30 apartments. Gross surface area of each apartment is 161 m2, with net living area of 137 m2. Each apartment has 1 living room, 1 bedroom , 2 kid rooms, kitchen, 1 parents bathroom, 1 family bathroom, 1 family toilet and 1 large sunken balcony. Furthermore overall landscape works were completed by EKINTAŞ AS. As it is shown in the attached photography , a fully-equipped model apartment is now ready and available for our clients to come and see.

• DENIZCILER EKINOBA RESIDENCE AND SHOPPING CENTRES

Denizciler Ekinoba Residence and Shopping Centers are composed of 2 blocks. Each block has regular apartments, duplex and roof duplex flats; in addition, there are socialization areas, shopping centers, stores, markets, fast food courts, theaters and car parking spaces for making life easier and more convenient.

Landscaping works for Denizciler Ekinoba Residence and Shopping Centres will be made by us. The greenery you will view from your balcony while you sip your tea will make you feel calmer and peaceful.

-The plant’s annual production capacity is 180.000 m3. -Thanks to the production meeting TSE standards and ISO 9001-2000 Quality System requirements, the plant meets the demand for ready-mixed concrete in Iskenderun, Arsuz, Payas, Dörtyol and Belen.
